Returns and Exchanges
• All items sold are non-refundable but may be exchangeable if the item is defected. Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.
• Exchanges are only valid within the first week of delivery.
• We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. Returns & Exchanges are judged strictly based on a case-by-case basis.

Sales
• Please comment on the order form only if you are 100% sure of getting the item. Otherwise, direct all your enquires to [email protected].
• All transaction are based on first come first serve basis. Upon receiving the invoice, you are to make payment within 24 hours , unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept payment via DBS/POSB ibanking, atm transfer and interbank transfer. For ATM transfer, please take a picture of your receipt. Failure to do so will result in voiding of the transaction and no refund will be made.
• All prices stated are inclusive of normal postage charges.
• No trades or negotiation is allowed in all transaction done in DanceinHeels.
Sizing and Images
• Please check on the model’s portfolio and the measurements given if you are unsure of the size. In any case if you do have any doubt, DanceInHeels will go all out to assist YOU.
• DanceInHeels will do our best to display accurate colours of our products. Please note that no refunds will be made if our customer is unsatisfied with the colour.
Postage
• All prices stated are inclusive of normal postage. Registrated mail will be an additional of $2.24.
• We are not liable for any lost/damage in the article caused during the delivering process. Therefore it is recommended to opt for registered postage.
